Every item it handmade to order here at Desert Dyes! Due to this the delivery times can get a little confusing. It takes Lola around 3-5 business days to make your order. She is hoping to cut this down as she progresses her hand dying skills and business! Please add this to your shipping method time to get a correct estimated delivery date! Most of the sites I use do this automatically but feel free to message us at any time if you are confused about when your item will arrive!
Exchanges + Refunds
Most of all we want to spread good vibes + make you totally stoked with your new hand dyed item! For this reason, we gladly accept returns/exchanges on all items (except for intimates). We also want your item to last so please message us if you EVER have any issues with your item. You are welcome to return items for a full refund by messaging us within a week of delivery and by mailing the item back within 30 days. As long as the item is in the same condition as when it was sent, it will be accepted for a full refund. Custom orders are a case by case basis, but most are fully returnable! Your refund will be processed if you send us tracking info or once the item is received back. Please let me know if you have any questions about our refund/exchange policy!

All items will be mailed with USPS unless otherwise requested. We ship every where within the United States as well as Internationally! We offer 2-5 Day shipping for a flat rate of $3 anywhere in the US and $13 Internationally. Free shipping kicks in on orders $35+ and receive a complementary Priority upgrade at $100+!! If your item is lost in the mail and never shows as delivered on the tracking information we will gladly replace it! Items that show as delivered on tracking but were never received are dealt with on a case by case basis. Once the item shows as delivered on the tracking information I am no longer responsible for this item. Due to an increase in "porch pirates" I can not sustainably replace these items. I am so sorry if this happens to you and suggest you contacting you local authorities as chances are it was stolen. If an item is damaged during shipping we are more than happy to replace the item!
